The development includes architecturally designed apartment buildings which are intentionally boutique in size with generously proportioned, two, three and four bedroom residences, overlooking the gardens and city skyline as well as a limited collection of two-level town homes.

JWLand were referred to Heelguard Grating by our existing customer base to offer a cost effective yet high end shower trench grate solution.
Description of work performed:
Heelguard worked closely with the construction team to provide a trench grate that offered the best long-term performance solution without exceeding set budget constraints. The result was over 250 custom measured shower drains designed to be set off walls, independent of the waterproofing membrane. A perfect example of both function and form.
