The development includes architecturally designed apartment buildings which are intentionally boutique in size, with generously proportioned two, three and four-bedroom residences overlooking the gardens and city skyline, as well as a limited collection of two-level town homes.

JWLand were referred to Heelguard Grating by our existing customer base to offer a cost-effective yet high-end shower trench grate solution.
Description of work performed:
Heelguard worked closely with the construction team to provide a trench grate that offered the best long-term performance solution without exceeding set budget constraints. The result was over 250 custom-measured shower drains designed to be set off walls, independent of the waterproofing membrane. A perfect example of both function and form.
