Heelguard Grating was approached by the hydraulic sub-contractor Planet Plumbing to work with the principal contractor Kane to provide a surface water drainage solution for the pool concourse and amenities. Heelguard offered drainage systems to meet the onsite depth restrictions while adhering to water proofing requirements and compatibility with the epoxy floor finish
Description of work performed:
Supply of over 420 lineal meters of Ideal Drain 100 with both Safeline Advance Anti Slip Stainless Steel Heelguard grating (P5) and Membrane Drain with Flat Top Insert to amenities and concourse showers all in grade 316 stainless steel.

With multiple complex change of direction and outlet requirements, Heelguard’s advice to provide as-built drawings meant a seamless and accurate fabrication and installation process
